About the Founder
Christian Gamble started Uptown Strategy Lab after a career in tech working for companies across various industries that faced challenges with customer-first strategies. Christian is CX strategist, researcher, and program leader with 10+ years of experience across Google, PwC, CapTech, and public-sector innovation. She specializes in global enablement and adoption, change management, designing CX frameworks, cultural and CX research, and executive advisory. She originally wanted to work as a journalist but pivoted to use her skills to ask the right questions, identify problems, and uncover the right solutions that benefits everyone.
